PearlStacked1At The Black Pearl, creating a one of a kind dining experience is our goal. Every dish from the warm ciabatta bread to the homemade vanilla bean ice cream is made in house, and prepared to order especially for you. New owner Zachary Feinstein and Managing Partner Trevor Gibbs believe life is too short to eat bad food.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to celebrate a very special occasion, you can’t miss with The Black Pearl. Enjoy intimate dining in a romantic setting, complete with flattering lighting and outstanding service at this unique French-New American restaurant.

Chefs Andy LaRoche and Chris Artrip have created a menu that uses only the freshest meats, vegetables and seasonings. They frequently add special items. Whatever you select is prepared to order in true continental fashion. Among the menu favorites are New Zealand Rack of Lamb, Cedar-Planked Salmon, and Twice-Cooked Long Island Duckling accessorized with a cranberry apple demiglace and, of course, Filet Mignon. All entrees include a Black Pearl Salad and appropriate accompaniments.

Appetizer selections are outstanding, including a White Truffle Lobster Risotto (also available as an entrée, it’s so delicious!), Maryland Crab Imperial, Escargot en croute, Prince Edward Imperial Mussels and Fried Green Tomatoes. Or you may prefer the Lump Crab Bisque. You’ll probably want to save room for dessert  The Falling Chocolate Hot Cake and a spectacular Granny Smith Apple Tarte Tatin are prepared to order. And, of course, there is the signature Black Pearl Ice Cream, a housemade black licorice ice cream, with a cinnamon twist cookie.

It is best to make reservations because of limited seating availability.
